E is for emergency heating service, 24 hours a day. A HEAT USA service contract includes 24-hour emergency service during the heating season, extensive parts coverage for heating systems, and an annual tune-up.
A is for agreements with suppliers. All HEAT USA members are protected by an agreement that is signed with each supplier to provide exclusive protection and benefits, such as fuel quality and service window guarantees.
T is for tune-up, FREE every year with your membership’s service contract.
U is for the unbeatable comfort the majority of our customers enjoy with Bioheat® fuel. This blend of low-sulfur heating oil and biodiesel that significantly lowers a homeowner’s carbon footprint by reducing the amount of greenhouse gases produced by oil-fired home heating equipment.
S is for savingsof 15-20 cents per gallon on heating oil. We're able to do this because our participating heating oil dealers cut their profit margins in exchange for the business we bring in.
