Each HEAT USA member is protected by a lengthy agreement that is signed with each individual supplier. This agreement is consumer-friendly and guarantees fuel quality, servicing, non-discrimination, freedom-to-cancel clauses and much more. The exclusive contracts we negotiate are designed to protect you and your interests.
Exclusive Pricing
HEAT USA members also receive superior pricing when it comes to their heating oil costs. Historically, our members have saved between 15 and 20 cents per gallon when compared to average rates charged by other full-service heating oil companies. We actively monitor dealers with the help of our members, to ensure that you’re being charged the correct price.
Exclusive Service Contracts
With our buying power, we’re able to negotiate free or discounted service contracts for your heating system. Although a customer will need to consume 600 gallons of fuel annually, having a free or discounted service contract is worth it’s weight in gold. With their contract, members will receive 24-hour emergency service during the heating season, extensive parts and labor coverage on their heating system, as well as an annual cleaning and tune-up of their heating system during the spring or summer. A service contract with these included services is valued at $300 to $400 annually, so your cost savings is substantial.
