How Low Can They Go? Stocks, Oil Fall Again

The Dow Jones Average fell 733 points, erasing most of the big gain posted on Monday, and crude oil also took a dive to below $75 a barrel, at $74.20 as of 4:05 p.m. eastern time.  Heating oil went along for the ride as well, dropping 3.5%.

HEAT USA price experts expect another moderate drop in retail heating oil prices tomorrow.
