America's LargestOil Continues Slide; Stock Market Dives Again
Despite a slight rebound late in the day, crude oil settled at just over $89 at day’s end, remaining below the benchmark $90 mark. The Dow Jones Industrial Average also posted a historic day, closing below 10,000 for the first time since October 2004.
Heating oil dropped as well, losing almost 16 cents a gallon on NYMEX. HEAT USA price experts expect an average drop of $0.10 in tomorrow’s prices.
