HEAT USA price experts report that the 1.1-million-barrel increase in distillate stockpiles reported this morning by the EIA caused an incresae in retail heating oil prices, effective at 2:00 EDT this afternoon.  The moderate incrase over this morning’s price will likely remain in place through tomorrow morning.
